(1) The owner of a hotel or shop where liquor is served shall not before 12 noon after the commencement of this Act and after 1 a.m. in the case of Fridays and after 12 a.m. in the case of other days. Do not sell or serve alcohol to anyone in your hotel or shop.
(2) The hotel owner shall not arrange entertainment or dancing for customers after 1 o'clock in the night on Fridays and after 12 o'clock in the case of other days.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-sections (1) and (2), the Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, make changes as necessary at the time written in those sub-sections.
